Using a sliding table saw, wood door blade FREUD 300 * 96T Noise-proof and bait set 120 * 24T, Large blade 300 * 96 teeth, small blade 120 * 24 teeth.

Or use a makita hand saw, or a mouse hand cutter (hand-held sharpener, fitted with a wood cutting blade.

Instructions for drilling Compact HPL . plate

Drill holes in the plate with a wood drill with a diameter of 3mm, pay attention to the thickness of the plate according to the drilling distance so as not to perforate the plate, or use a drill with a gauge, drill 10mm deep for 12mm plates, and 18mm plates to drill 15mm deep.

Screw selection guide

Use 4x10 stainless steel screws for 12mm thick plates, or 4x15 stainless steel screws for 18mm thick plates (Note to drill holes before screwing).

Warning cheap Compact HPL panels

Currently on the market there are many types of Compact HPL panels with different qualities. In particular, there is a type of Compact HPL sheet that is chosen by many customers because of its low price, but this type of plate has some of the following inadequacies:

+ Compact HPL sheet is not thick enough

Usually high quality Compact HPL panels will have a thickness ranging from 11.7mm-12mm. However, cheap Compact HPL panels will have a thickness ranging from 11.2-11.5mm.

+ Compact HPL panels are prone to warping

Because of the lower thickness feature, the warping ability of this type of sheet is also higher than that of high-quality Compact HPL panels.

In addition, in some cases, taking advantage of inexperienced customers with Compact HPL products, many unscrupulous units "mixed up" or arbitrarily changed to high-compression CDF sheets. This is a type of Compact panel with high water resistance but cannot be 100% waterproof like Compact HPL panels and is cheaper than Compact HPL panels.
